Our company supports 'April Dream,' an initiative aiming to make April 1st a day to broadcast dreams. This press release is the dream of the 'Specified Nonprofit Corporation Japan Wakuwaku Kids Executive Committee.'
We, the NPO Japan Wakuwaku Kids Executive Committee (Sumida-ku, Tokyo; President: Yumiko Makino), have set the vision to 'create a world full of smiles through exciting experiences.'
For children, 'now' is an irreplaceable moment that will never return.
Every single experience of those moments becomes the power to create the future.
That is why we deliver experiences that foster 'independence,' where children feel they 'want to try' and take action themselves.
We value 'authentic experiences' that stimulate the five senses and move the heart.
And there is another thing we value.
That is, 'not leaving anyone alone in child-rearing.'
Not completing it just between parents and children, but connecting with the community, connecting with society, and raising children with the whole town.
We are expanding such a warm cycle in the form of 'connecting' events with events.
Our dream is to increase towns overflowing with 'excitement' throughout Japan.
Children's eyes shining, and adults naturally smiling.
Such a future starts from here.
With everyone.
The Background of Our Activities Comes from Personal Child-Rearing Experience!
The content of our activities includes conducting experiences and workshops that draw out the independence of 'children.'
Valuing original experiences from early childhood, we emphasize stimulating the senses and having authentic experiences.
Furthermore, providing spaces where parents and children can enjoy together.
We strive to create an environment where it is easy to raise children in the entire town, such as connecting and helping each other with local people and society, rather than 'raising individuals' alone.
This is because I was helped by the community and society through my own child-rearing experience.
Not knowing left from right with my first child, I met a teacher at a baby massage class I went to out of desperation, who encouraged me, saying,
'Shine as a woman, not just as a mom or a wife.'
A landlady in the neighborhood gave my child the experience of going shopping alone with 'real money' from a young age.
Raising children as if they were their own.
I remember feeling my heart lighten so much with such a natural thing.
Being connected to society is very important.
If we can connect even a little bit, even through events, we want to be the starting point leading to the next.
That's why our events...
