After a successful trial period, the town is fully adopting this digital platform to provide residents with 24/7 access to experts via smartphones. The service includes text-based consultations and nighttime video calls, creating a digital safety net for expectant mothers and parents, ensuring safe childbirth and childcare regardless of geographical constraints.
