"Obstetrics and Gynecology/Pediatrics Online" is a service that provides 24/7, year-round access to online consultations with a team of over 250 specialists, including pediatricians, obstetricians, gynecologists, and midwives. Since the launch of "Pediatrics Online" in 2016, the service has grown to approximately 150,000 registered users, with over 230 participating municipalities and a cumulative total of more than 300,000 consultations.

Through this service, we will establish an environment where residents can easily consult with experts online. By integrating digital solutions with the strengths of existing face-to-face support, we will provide online health and medical consultation support to ensure that the residents of Inabe City can navigate pregnancy, childbirth, and child-rearing with peace of mind.

**Background of the Introduction of "Obstetrics and Gynecology / Pediatrics Online"** **Promoting seamless health and child-rearing support by leveraging the strengths of in-person support and "Obstetrics and Gynecology / Pediatrics Online"**

Inabe City is promoting the creation of an environment where all families can raise children with peace of mind, based on the "3rd Inabe City Child and Child-rearing Support Business Plan (FY2025–2029)."

To date, the city has provided prenatal classes, post-birth "Congratulations on Your Birth Calls," and "Hello Baby Visits." Furthermore, child-rearing consultations with public health nurses and nutritionists are held four times a month at the Health Center building adjacent to City Hall.

On the other hand, establishing a consultation system for nights and holidays when municipal offices are closed, as well as securing opportunities for direct consultation with obstetricians, gynecologists, midwives, and pediatricians, were identified as critical challenges.

The introduction of "Obstetrics and Gynecology / Pediatrics Online," operated by our company, will resolve these issues. By combining existing, detailed in-person support with online health and medical consultations, the city’s goal of "seamless child and child-rearing support" will be further strengthened.

Furthermore, "Obstetrics and Gynecology / Pediatrics Online" provides health consultations for a wide range of needs, from preconception care (health management before pregnancy) to the menopausal stage.

**Nighttime Consultation** Consultations are available via LINE message chat or video call on weekdays from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM (10-minute slots, reservation required). Reservations can be made up to 15 minutes before the start of the session.

**Daytime Midwife Consultation** On weekdays from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM, you can consult with a midwife via LINE message chat without a reservation.
