As a result of actively introducing LIXIL's high-insulation entrance doors in its detached housing business and other operations, the Company contributed to reducing annual CO2 emissions by approximately 1.2 tons (※1). For this achievement, the Company received a letter of appreciation at its Tokyo headquarters on March 16, 2026.
Background of Endorsing LIXIL's "Connecting Homes to the Future Project"
With the vision of "Providing homeownership for everyone," the Company positions environmental conservation as a critical management issue and promotes initiatives aimed at realizing a decarbonized society.
As part of these efforts, the Company endorsed LIXIL's "Connecting Homes to the Future Project 2025."
By promoting the introduction of LIXIL's high-insulation entrance doors and sashes in its detached housing business and other operations, the Company has advanced energy conservation in homes, contributing to a reduction of 1.2 tons in annual residential CO2 emissions (※1). This achievement was recognized with a letter of appreciation from LIXIL.
※1… CO2 emission reduction amount corresponding to the reduction in energy consumption for heating, cooling, hot water supply, etc., during occupancy and use of homes and buildings when project target products are replaced with conventional products.
