KI-Star Real Estate Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Honjo City, Saitama Prefecture, President and CEO: Keiji Hanawa, hereinafter 'our company') held its 2026 entrance ceremony on April 2, 2026.
This fiscal year, we welcomed 131 new employees, a record high, as a new force to support the sustainable growth of our company.
Our company has formulated a human capital strategy aimed at strengthening our management foundation within the Mid-Term Management Plan 2028. By creating an environment where new employees can actively contribute from an early stage and maximize their abilities, we aim to realize our vision of 'Homeownership for everyone.'
State of the Day The 2026 entrance ceremony was attended by our President and CEO, Hanawa, along with other executives. During the ceremony, President Hanawa delivered a congratulatory address to the new employees, after which the name and assigned department of each new employee were announced. Additionally, two representatives of the new employees stated their aspirations, leaving a memorable impression of their enthusiasm.

This fiscal year, 90 new employees joined across 5 companies, making a total of 221 new employees for the entire group. Currently, our group is aggressively expanding its business area mainly in the Tokyo metropolitan area, across Japan, and even overseas. In order to continue providing services rooted in each region, developing young talent who can understand regional characteristics and act proactively is essential.
