KHB's 50th Anniversary Period Has Concluded

Higashi-Nippon Broadcasting Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Sendai City, Taihaku Ward, President and Representative Director: Masaya Fujinoki, hereinafter referred to as "KHB") announced that its 50th anniversary period concluded yesterday, March 29, 2026.

KHB has been developing its activities centered around the slogan "KHB Connects to Tomorrow," which embodies the desire to "connect more with the community and viewers" and to "become a TV station that connects hope for tomorrow."

During the 50th anniversary period, we announced the special message "Beyond the 50th Anniversary" to connect this sentiment to the further future, and carried out various projects such as special programs and commemorative events. With gratitude to the community members who have walked alongside KHB and with a commitment to the future, we have continued to take on new challenges looking towards the future.

From today onwards, it is "beyond." KHB will continue to aim to be a TV station that stays close to the daily lives of the community members and spins a heart-pounding future.
