(Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Kei Takeuchi) has conducted one of the largest residential satisfaction surveys and compiled the 'E-heya Net Livability Ranking 2026 <Nagano Edition>' and 'E-heya Net Desired City Ranking 2026 <Nagano Edition>'. Key points of the Livability Ranking: Hara Village ranked 1st, followed by Obuse Town and Minamiminowa Village. Hara Village, designated as a 'Nagano Prefecture Migration Model District,' offers active support for migrants and excellent access to Tokyo and Nagoya. It is the only municipality with a deviation score in the 70s. Key points of the Desired City Ranking: Tokyo 23 Wards ranked 1st for 2 consecutive years, followed by Matsumoto City and Nagano City. Three of the top five are municipalities within Nagano Prefecture. 77.8% of respondents are positive about their current city.
