Cumulative Contracted Units of ZEH Rental Housing Surpass 150,000

Daito Trust Construction Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director, President and CEO: Kei Takeuchi) has surpassed 150,000 cumulative contracted units of ZEH (Net Zero Energy House) rental housing as of the end of fiscal 2025. Since completing Japan's first ZEH rental housing in 2017, Daito Trust Construction has consistently led the popularization of environmentally friendly housing. In November 2021, the company switched its main wooden rental housing products to ZEH standard specifications, and in March 2025, it released products standardizing ZEH Oriented for reinforced concrete (RC) structures, which are common in urban areas. With this, the company established a product provision system with ZEH specifications across all three major structures: wooden, steel frame (S), and reinforced concrete (RC). To update the standard for rental housing and accelerate the evolution of environmental performance, the company plans to release GX (Green Transformation) compatible products equipped with insulation, energy-saving, and energy-creating performance exceeding current ZEH standards in May 2026.
