"Italian Burdock Salad with Roasted Duck, Scented with Olive & Balsamic Vinegar" Burdock root and lotus root, cut into large pieces and roasted, are mixed with a dressing scented with balsamic vinegar and olive. The earth-like flavor peculiar to burdock root goes well with the sour and deep flavor of Kenko Mayonnaise's "Olive & Balsamic Vinegar Dressing," creating a profound taste.
