Kenko Mayonnaise Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; President: Kunikazu Shimamoto; hereinafter "the Company") is pleased to report its participation in the "NetaMatch Joint New Product Launch" held on Thursday, March 12, at Muromachi Mitsui Hall & Conference (Chuo-ku, Tokyo).

The "NetaMatch Joint New Product Launch" is a public relations event organized by M3 Company, Ltd. that connects food manufacturers with the media. Approximately 200 media representatives attended the event to see new spring/summer product announcements from various companies. The Company introduced its new spring/summer product, "Taiwanese-Style Sauce with Star Anise," scheduled for release in November 2025.

"Taiwanese-Style Sauce with Star Anise" is the latest addition to our "World Sauce" series, designed to allow consumers to easily enjoy global flavors.

As of March 2026, the series features 11 items. During the event, we provided samples of our recommended products, allowing attendees to taste the flavors firsthand.

In addition, we showcased and provided tastings of our "Umami-Spicy Gochujang Sauce," developed based on Korean flavors. We also displayed menu samples using popular items from the "World Sauce" series, including "Spanish Ajillo Sauce," "German Curry Ketchup," and "Italian Basil Sauce." Attendees praised the authentic flavors, noting that they tasted "just like the real thing" and commented that the versatility of the sauces "expands the range of cooking possibilities."
