The survey targeted 110 individuals who have purchased a home more than once and chose a single-family home (including moving or rebuilding) for their second or subsequent purchase.

・01 | Approximately 70% of those who chose a single-family home (including moving or rebuilding) experienced anxiety or concerns during their first home purchase. For their second purchase, 60% consciously changed their consultation and verification methods.

・02 | The top concerns during the first purchase were: 'Could not find someone to consult with' and 'Had no way to objectively evaluate the quality of the home.'

・03 | 76.4% consider consulting with a third-party expert to be 'important.'
