01 | About 70% of those who chose a detached house (including moving and rebuilding) experienced anxiety or worry during their first home acquisition, and 60% consciously changed their consultation and confirmation methods for the second time. 02 | Top anxieties during the first purchase were "Could not find someone to consult with" and "There was no way to objectively evaluate the quality of the house." 03 | 76.4% of respondents consider it "important" to consult a third-party expert.

Please tell us the main reason why you acquired a detached house for the second time or later.
