KEL Corporation (Headquarters: Tama, Tokyo; President: Akira Kasuga) is developing the 'JI Series', a high-speed floating connector supporting PCIe 5.0 standards.

<Product Overview>

- Floating connector with a signal pin pitch of 0.5mm. - Designed for PCIe 5.0 equivalent transmission characteristics. - Signal pins: 20 to 200 poles. - Power pins (4 pins): Optional. - Rated current for power pins: 6A per pin. - Connection type: Stack connection. - Stack height: 10mm to 35mm. - Floating movement: ±1.0mm in XY directions (for 10mm–15mm height), ±1.2mm in XY directions (for 20mm–35mm height). - Operating temperature range: -40°C to +125°C (including temperature rise from current). - Effective mating length: ±1.0mm. - Guide range (capture range): ±1.5mm.
