Our company endorses April Dream, a project that aims to make April 1st a day for companies to announce their dreams.

This press release is a dream of "Sōzoku Kore Issatsu (Keishō no Tsuzuri) Co., Ltd. TAKT-JAPAN".

◆ Introduction "Just hearing the word 'inheritance' makes it sound troublesome, difficult, and something you'd want to leave to someone else." You are not alone in feeling this way. In Japan, approximately 1.4 million people or more pass away each year, and an equal number of "inheritances" occur. However, many people don't know where to start. Even those who don't need to pay inheritance tax often pay professionals for assistance, or neglect the procedures, which can lead to "family disputes" (sōzoku, a pun on inheritance and dispute). We wanted to fundamentally change this common perception──and from that desire, we developed "Sōzoku Kore Issatsu (Keishō no Tsuzuri)".

◆ What is "Sōzoku Kore Issatsu (Keishō no Tsuzuri)"? "Sōzoku Kore Issatsu (Keishō no Tsuzuri)" is a completely new paper-based support file designed to enable anyone to resolve inheritance procedures "with their own hands". You might wonder, "Can I really handle inheritance myself?" The answer is YES. All you need to do is "gather the documents" to be submitted to government offices and financial institutions "in order" and "transcribe the necessary information". No difficult legal terms are required. By filling in and preparing according to your family structure, you can properly divide the assets of your loved ones without immediately needing to consult a specialist. No learning is required. Even if you give up midway, the overwhelming sense of security comes from knowing that a single call will bring a "teacher" to guide you to completion, with a guarantee of completion. From the moment you open this file, its structure makes everyone feel like "I can do this". If your hand stops writing, don't worry. It will continue to support you like a guide──that is "Sōzoku Kore Issatsu (Keishō no Tsuzuri)". In other words, it's a different system from inheritance books or other publications.

We don't consider this merely a product. It's a kind of "culture" and a shift in "mindset". The goal of "Sōzoku Kore Issatsu (Keishō no Tsuzuri)" is to be the catalyst for you to realize, "You don't have to overthink your family's future."

◆ "Democratization of Inheritance" to Change Society What we aim for is the "democratization of inheritance". A society where everyone can naturally handle inheritance procedures themselves. A society where families, after a sudden inheritance need arises, can proceed with the necessary procedures calmly and without confusion. Such a society does not yet exist in Japan. However, through this one book, that future is surely drawing closer.

◆ Reaching Hearts Precisely Because It's "Analog" There's a reason why we deliberately stuck to an analog form: a "paper file". The majority of inheritance procedures are still paper-based. Government offices, banks, and legal affairs bureaus all require "paper documents". Furthermore, there are over 1,600 municipalities in Japan. And all municipal forms, names, and required document names are different. That's why we chose the form of a file that can be "physically held". It carries the weight and reality of passing on a "baton" for the last time in life. It's precisely because it's "paper" – passed on "by hand and heart" – not a cloud or an app, that "feelings" can be conveyed to the bereaved family──that conviction is embodied in its form.

◆ Our Ambition──A Challenge to Become a 10 Billion Yen Company Sales of "Sōzoku Kore Issatsu (Keishō no Tsuzuri)" have just begun. It's not yet widely known, but we are serious. We will deliver this tool to every household nationwide, spreading the awareness across Japan that "inheritance is now something you can do yourself." Our goals are clear: - By FY2025, introduce it to 1% (approx. 10,000 households) of households experiencing inheritance without inheritance tax (approx. 1 million households) nationwide. - Aim to exceed 240,000 cumulative introduced households by FY2027 (approx. 3% market share). - Annual sales of 500,000 copies (including ripple effects from repeat purchases and referrals by funeral companies, life insurance companies, etc.). - Establishment of "self-support" as a new option in the inheritance market. - Coexistence and development of complementary services through collaboration with legal professionals. - Realization of annual sales of 10 billion yen through related service development, corporate contracts, and public partnerships.

The price is 4,400 yen (tax included) per copy. While the unit revenue per household is limited at this price point, value is created not by "number of copies" but by "collaboration" and "expansion". At first glance, it may seem like a small unit price, but the economic effect generated by one copy is immeasurable. According to our estimates, an average savings of approximately 100,000 yen to 300,000 yen per copy can be expected (estimated based on the cost of requesting a specialist). Furthermore, inheritance tax declarations are required for only about 20% of cases, meaning over 80% of inheritances are cases where "no tax is incurred, but procedures are necessary". Our main target is precisely these "80% of people who may or may not need a legal professional". Even if 5% of them, approximately 40,000 households annually, adopt it, the economic effect could reach a maximum of 12 billion yen (300,000 yen x 40,000 households). If it spreads to a cumulative total of 240,000 households over three years, the total economic effect is estimated to reach approximately 72 billion yen──this is the potential of "social infrastructure" that goes beyond a mere document file. Moreover, this system, which allows families to share procedures, also has the psychological effect of reducing "I didn't know," "it was hard to say," and "we argued."

◆ Aiming for a Society with "Zero Family Disputes" In the future Japan, when a family member passes away, there will be no confusion about "What should I do first?" Someone in the family will be able to say, "Oh, we have 'Sōzoku Kore Issatsu (Keishō no Tsuzuri)', so we're fine for now." We want to create such a society. Everyone can prepare to conclude their own life. Pass on the baton with gratitude, without causing trouble to anyone. That is the future we envision. Details on the impact of "Sōzoku Kore Issatsu (Keishō no Tsuzuri)" and our vision for a sustainable society are below.

Sōzoku DIY: The Story of "Sōzoku Kore Issatsu"

◆ The Inspiration for Development and a Turning Point in Life When I decided to develop "Sōzoku Kore Issatsu (Keishō no Tsuzuri)", I was at a major turning point in my life. The moment I obtained the patent, I was convinced, "This is my mission." This product is not just a stack of papers. It is a symbol of a challenge to redesign society's "norm".

◆ "Sōzoku Kore Issatsu (Keishō no Tsuzuri)" as a Supportive Brand The moment you hold the product, you feel at ease. With each turn of the page, you feel, "Maybe I can do this myself." And if you get stuck, there's the reassurance that "I can rely on a teacher." This design is not meant to be revered, but to foster trust as an absolutely reliable companion. Don't rush to finish; take it one step at a time, and it will surely be completed. You are not alone. "Sōzoku Kore Issatsu (Keishō no Tsuzuri)" is a book that directly addresses the anxieties that everyone faces.

Sōzoku DIY: The Story of "Sōzoku Kore Issatsu"

◆ Creating the Future with Innovators We do not view this project as a mere product rollout. "Sōzoku Kore Issatsu (Keishō no Tsuzuri)" is a challenge to re-examine the very structure of society and redefine the values of family connections and the end of life. And this significant change cannot be achieved by our strength alone. Those of you who pick this up and feel "this is interesting" or "this will bring change" are the innovators who will move society. We are confident that together with all of you who will create and spread this movement, we will change the era. It may be a small book. But it has a huge impact: changing the future of families, transforming society's view of inheritance, and bringing warmth and order to people's final chapters of life. Regarding the numbers, we have set a goal of "10 billion yen in annual sales," but a sober calculation shows that this cannot be achieved with a simple number of copies at a price of 2,640 yen. Nevertheless, we are aiming for 10 billion yen in "social value creation" through diversification of social implementation, such as: - Partnership agreements with local governments, hospitals, and nursing care providers - Development of related goods and collaborative services - Corporate sales and donation model development

"Sōzoku Kore Issatsu (Keishō no Tsuzuri)" is a crystallization of the desire to help someone. We sincerely look forward to building this culture together with all innovators.

◆ Finally If you feel "I don't understand inheritance," please pick up "Sōzoku Kore Issatsu (Keishō no Tsuzuri)" once. If inheritance changes, the landscape of the end of life changes. We have also developed a new end-of-life planning product called "Keishō no Akashi".
