Keishin Gakuen Educational Corporation (Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo / Chairman: Mitsutoshi Kobayashi), which operates Nippon Isen (Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo / Principal: Mitsumasa Kishimoto), and Criacao Shinjuku, a football club belonging to the Japan Football League (JFL) (operated by Criacao Co., Ltd., Headquarters: Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo, President & CEO: Kazuhiro Maruyama), signed a comprehensive partnership agreement on April 24, 2026. The agreement aims to build an industry-academia co-creation education program and strengthen the Criacao Shinjuku Academy system.

This partnership, the first with a football club for Nippon Isen, aims to realize a "next-generation education model" where students gain practical experience at the academy (youth development generation) while strengthening the club's medical system.

● Background and Objectives

Criacao Shinjuku actively promotes industry-academia collaboration beyond the framework of a football club, aiming to contribute to the local community and create educational opportunities. Nippon Isen, on the other hand, has focused on fostering professionals who can immediately contribute to the medical field.

This agreement integrates Nippon Isen's advanced specialized knowledge in Judo therapy and acupuncture, cultivated over years, with the practical sports environment of the Criacao Shinjuku Academy. By directly connecting the real-world challenges of the football field with medical education, we aim to build a next-generation human resource development model where "education" and "practice" circulate.

● Partnership Items

① Trainer Internship Nippon Isen students will gain practical trainer experience during Criacao Shinjuku Academy's training sessions and matches. Students who complete a trainer development program tailored to the specific characteristics of football will be accepted, acquiring practical skills not learned in classrooms, such as assisting with warm-ups, responding to injured players, and providing rehabilitation programs.

② Development of Co-creation Education Program Based on player needs, programs such as "injury prevention," "self-care," and "conditioning workshops" will be jointly developed and implemented. This will create opportunities for proactive learning.

③ Collaboration with Affiliated Clinical Facilities Utilizing Nippon Isen's affiliated clinical facilities (Keishin Osteopathic Clinic, etc.), a comprehensive support system will be established for academy players, ranging from quantifying and visualizing injury risks to providing recovery programs and preventing recurrence.

・Mitsumasa Kishimoto, Principal, Nippon Isen

"Last April, we changed our school name to 'Nippon Isen.' This name change embodies our desire to train individuals as professionals, without being confined to the traditional framework of a vocational school, and to continue supporting them until they feel 'this job is my true calling.' While Judo therapists and acupuncturists have traditionally been strongly associated with working in osteopathic clinics and acupuncture clinics, their fields of activity are actually vast, including sports and entertainment.

Through this partnership with Criacao Shinjuku, students will gain valuable opportunities to learn practical responsiveness and communication skills in the field that cannot be taught in a classroom. This aligns with the vision of 'Nippon Isen' that we aspire to. We look forward to jointly creating an excellent human resource development program."

・Yoshiteru Kanda, Academy Director, Criacao Shinjuku

"First, I would like to express my gratitude for becoming a strong partner in the area of physical care and improvement, which we currently feel is our biggest challenge.

The Criacao Shinjuku Academy is not merely about playing football or improving skills. Our primary goal is to produce individuals who can lead rich lives and, in turn, enrich the lives of others. In this context, health and healthcare are the most crucial elements related to lifelong prosperity.

We hope to extend this initiative beyond the academy, contributing to the improvement of healthcare and the creation of prosperity in the Shinjuku area. We would be grateful to nurture this relationship over the long term."
