From May 19 (Tuesday): 'Grand Shinshu Exhibition', From May 27 (Wednesday): 'Grand Niigata Exhibition'

Keikyu Department Store Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Konan Ward, Yokohama City; President: Ryosuke Shimada; hereinafter "Keikyu Department Store"), a member of the Keikyu Group, will hold the "27th Grand Shinshu Exhibition" for seven days from May 19 (Tuesday) to May 25 (Monday), 2026, followed by the "28th Grand Niigata Exhibition" for seven days from May 27 (Wednesday) to June 2 (Tuesday), for two consecutive weeks. To allow visitors to fully enjoy the charms of "Shinshu" and "Niigata," food, crafts, and apparel/miscellaneous goods will be sold on various floors, including the 7th-floor event hall, B1F, 1F, 3F, and a special event space on the 7th floor, making it a department-wide product fair. During the first week, the "Grand Shinshu Exhibition" will bring together a total of 42 stores offering food and crafts from Nagano. For eat-in, a "30th Anniversary Keikyu Special Set" will feature authentic handmade soba from the specialized restaurant [Matsumoto City/Shinshu Soba-dokoro Kureki-no] along with their original pork buns supervised by Yokohama Chinatown's [Edosei] containing Shinshu miso and nozawana. Also making their debut are shaved ice made from Shinshu Alps natural water from [Matsumoto City/Nakamachi Hyokaten Main Store] and a platter bento with lamb and mutton for comparison from [Nagano City/Sumibiyaki Jingisukan Monmo]. In the second week, the "Grand Niigata Exhibition" will gather a total of 40 stores offering food and crafts from Niigata. For eat-in, a 30th-anniversary limited menu, the "Hegi-soba and Kawanishi Shigure-don Set," will be available from [Tokamachi City/Kojimaya Sohonten], a long-established hegi-soba specialty store. Also making their debut are sea bream leaf sushi and sea bream rice bento from [Kashiwazaki City/Kappo Inaho], and spaghetti with "Japan's first meat sauce" from [Niigata City/Hotel Italy Ken], a long-established hotel with roots in Western cuisine. In addition, to commemorate Keikyu Department Store's 30th anniversary, numerous limited-edition products will be available for both the "Grand Shinshu Exhibition" and the "Grand Niigata Exhibition." Furthermore, the B1F food floor will sell Shinshu and Niigata sweets and local sake, while special event spaces on the 3rd and 7th floors will sell apparel, miscellaneous goods, and crafts.
