TOKIUM AI Details Input Now Supports Registering Multiple Invoice Formats for the Same Client

TOKIUM Inc. (Headquarters: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Kenichi Kurosaki; hereafter "TOKIUM"), which provides an accounting AI agent, has started offering a feature that allows registering multiple invoice formats for the same client in "TOKIUM AI Details Input". As a result, even when invoices with different formats are received from the same client, the AI can automatically input journal entries based on separate rules.

Background "TOKIUM AI Details Input" is a service where users register invoice formats for each client, and the AI automatically inputs journal entries based on those rules. On the other hand, there are cases where the invoice format differs even for the same client depending on the transaction details or branch office, and when an invoice differing from the registered format arrived, the AI sometimes could not input it correctly.

Feature Overview With this new feature addition, it is now possible to register multiple invoice formats for a single client. Even when invoices with different formats arrive from the same client, the AI automatically inputs journal information according to the rules for each registered format.

When an unregistered format arrives, the AI compares it with the already configured formats, identifies the differences, and automatically registers it as a new rule. If it is difficult for the AI to identify, users can set up how to distinguish them using simple Japanese, making it compatible with all kinds of formats. Furthermore, since registered rules can be duplicated and applied to other formats, it also reduces the time and effort required for users to register them.
