From this summer to autumn, it has been decided to hold 'THE FRUITS SEASON Parfait Afternoon Tea'. Driven by the chef's desire for guests to enjoy seasonal fruits at their most delicious timing, it will be rolled out in 4 installments matching the turning seasons: 'Melon', 'Peach', 'Shine Muscat', and 'Apple & Pear'. We have also prepared a plan to present a chef's special sweet to customers who enjoy the afternoon tea four times during the period.
Parfait Melon
For the first installment in early summer, we will prepare sweets and savories that fully allow you to taste the rich aroma and freshness, starring the melon coming into season. First to welcome you are the 'Milky Melon Soda', a welcome drink with a refreshing flavor and enjoyable texture, and the 'Parfait Melon', a welcome parfait boldly topped with fresh melon flesh. On the tea stand, 6 types of melon-centric sweets will be lined up, including the 'Melon Mousse' characterized by its jiggly form mimicking a melon's shape, and the 'Melon Religieuse' filled generously with melon custard. Furthermore, the 'Melon Cream Pan', with melon cream trapped inside fluffy bread, makes an appearance. For savories, we have prepared 5 types, including the refreshing 'Melon Soup', the classic 'Prosciutto and Melon', and 'Shrimp Wrapped in Kadaif'.
