Our "Pâtissier's Shaved Ice," which was very popular last year, is back again this year.

We have finished these creations so that the deliciousness of the carefully selected coffee and Japanese black tea, which we use to complement our sweets, harmonizes perfectly with the cream and fruit. We have taken great care to ensure that the flavors, balance, and textures change as you eat, offering a delightful experience with every spoonful.

A sophisticated shaved ice for adults, combining the deliciousness of softly sweet mascarpone cream with fragrant coffee syrup. As you eat and gently mix, the subtle aroma of cinnamon emerges, followed by the jiggly texture of coffee jelly, allowing you to enjoy a more distinct coffee flavor and a change in texture. We use "Muso Blend," a "self-roasted" coffee from LATTE GRAPHIC, popular for its delicious coffee.

The banana sauce, made with ripe bananas and milk, has a gentle, melt-in-your-mouth sweetness that can be enjoyed by everyone from adults to children. As you eat, you'll discover caramel cream and a separate caramel sauce, which add a bittersweet and deeply sweet adult flavor. Large chunks of banana are also included, making this a satisfying shaved ice.

Enjoy the simple deliciousness and gently elegant aroma of syrup made with "Benifuki" Japanese black tea. As you eat, it combines with refreshing mango sauce, fruit pulp, and tea jelly, allowing you to enjoy a flavor change reminiscent of fruit tea. Feel free to add extra mango sauce to your liking.

We will offer two types daily, with "Tiramisu x Muso Blend" as a featured item.

Sales are scheduled to continue until around the end of August. Pets are welcome on the terrace seats.
