Limited-time items including Havana Mojitos and Mexican tacos now available

KEEP WILL NURSING Co., Ltd., the company behind dining establishments such as STRI, BONITO, MONDO, and BONDIS, will host a summer-limited event titled "HAVANA-NIGHT" from July 1, 2026 (Wed) to September 15, 2026 (Tue), nightly from 5:00 PM onward. The event celebrates Latin culture.

Crew members who have traveled to Cuba and Mexico firsthand

This project was produced by KEEP WILL GROUP crew members who have personally traveled to Cuba and Mexico, drawing inspiration from the "joyful atmosphere" and "food culture" they experienced on location. This limited-time event reinterprets authentic elements through the unique sensibility of KEEP WILL GROUP.

Throughout the event period, special menus inspired by Cuban, Mexican, and South American Latin cultures will be available. Featuring dishes and cocktails infused with spices, citrus, and rum, each venue will express its own interpretation of a "Latin summer."

Additionally, salsa music will play in the restaurants, creating an exhilarating and open ambiance reminiscent of being on vacation. Through cuisine, music, and space imbued with a foreign atmosphere, KEEP WILL GROUP delivers a "slightly special summer experience" unique to the group.
