Cocoon City, the commercial district operated by Katakura located in front of JR Saitama-Shintoshin Station, will hold its 'Cocoon City Summer Sale' for 31 days from Friday, June 26, 2026, to Sunday, July 26, 2026, with discounts of up to 70% off at participating stores. Around 100 popular stores will take part, including 'New Balance,' making its area debut this spring, and 'PUMA,' opening its first concept store in Japan. *1 Discount rates vary by store. 70% off is limited to select stores only.

During the sale period, various events will be held, including the family-friendly experiential event 'Paw Patrol Friend Park -by VILLAGE VANGUARD-.' Additionally, a campaign for new sign-ups and usage of the 'Cocoon City Card Sezon' will be conducted.
