(Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Koshiro Kawamoto; hereinafter 'the Company') announces the completion and handover of 'LOGI FLAG TECH Nagoya Minato I,' for which the Company has been entrusted with asset management and project management services. This facility is a 'frozen automated warehouse' equipped with automated racks to address the chronic labor shortage in the logistics industry and the harsh working environment of frozen warehouses. The Noseki district, where this facility is located, is approximately 3.3 km from the Meiko-Chuo IC on the Isewangan Expressway, offering high transportation convenience as a logistics facility. Furthermore, it is located directly in front of Noseki Station on the Aonami Line, providing high commuting convenience and an attractive location for securing human resources, which is a recent challenge. The facility adopts cooling machines using natural refrigerants in anticipation of the 2030 CFC regulations, and is an environmentally friendly facility capable of supplying power using renewable energy by installing solar panels on the roof.
