The Company is engaged in hotel development with the aim of realizing a tourism-oriented nation and contributing to regional revitalization. We are expanding hotel brands nationwide, including multi-person hotels such as "fav," "FAV LUX," "edit x seven," and "seven x seven," as well as the culture business hotel "BASE LAYER HOTEL." We have acquired this site as real estate for sale to develop a new property for our group's multi-person hotel brands.
