1. Purpose of Acquisition

The Company is engaged in hotel development with the aim of contributing to the realization of a tourism-oriented nation and regional revitalization. We operate various hotel brands nationwide, including multi-person hotels such as 'fav', 'FAV LUX', 'edit x seven', and 'seven x seven', as well as the culture business hotel 'BASE LAYER HOTEL'. We have acquired this site as real estate for sale to develop a new property for our group's multi-person hotel brands.
