As diverse CRs such as video ads, banner ads, and LPs (Landing Pages) are produced daily, a lot of inefficiency remains in the confirmation, revision, and approval communications between advertisers, agencies, and production companies.
Specifically, the problem is that revision instructions are scattered across emails, chats, and spreadsheets, making it impossible to track "who issued which instruction and when." For video CRs in particular, it is difficult to convey instructions like "please fix this cut at X minutes and Y seconds" using text alone, and misalignments in understanding caused an increase in the number of revisions.
