As a special evening event, we will feature performances by the local Japanese drum group "Kita-Karuizawa Asama Onioshi Daiko" and "Kita-Karu Ryukyu Daiko," known for their powerful performances.

Kita-Karu Ryukyu Daiko

Kita-Karu Ryukyu Daiko

An Eisa group with roots in "Fujioka Ryukyu Daiko" from Fujioka City, Gunma Prefecture. They relocated their base to Kita-Karuizawa in 2025 and began full-scale performance activities in April 2026. They deliver dynamic Eisa performances, a traditional Okinawan performing art, fused with powerful movements and music, accompanied by resonant drum beats. While cherishing tradition, their performances are characterized by dynamic movements that change with each song and a synchronized, unified spirit.

Kita-Karuizawa Asama Onioshi Daiko

Established in 1971 with the aim of revitalizing the region and creating traditional culture. Initially, they did not have drums and operated with the cooperation of neighboring groups, but in 1982, with improved facilities, they began full operations. Currently, they are active mainly with children, contributing to the inheritance and development of local traditional culture through performances at community events and festivals, fostering skills and social awareness. They pass on the resonance and spirit to the future, connecting to the next generation.

Foggi Forest Dining Anniversary Dinner

At the live kitchen, we offer authentic sushi prepared by chefs right before your eyes. For dessert, we will prepare crêpes flambées finished with flames right in front of you, and chocolate-covered cream puffs.
