At the resort, surrounded by the nature of North Karuizawa overlooking Mount Asama, you can enjoy special moments in the clear air and beautiful scenery that can only be experienced here. Through a variety of events that can be enjoyed by children and adults alike, we will enrich your summer stay.

WELCOME "Asama's Shaved Ice" Service
We have prepared shaved ice perfect for summer, using natural water from Asama drawn at an altitude of approximately 1,300m. The chef's original Shinshu blueberry syrup features generous use of fruit, with a texture and rich, juicy sweet-and-sour taste. Enjoy the rich aroma and vivid colors that spread each time you pour the syrup over the ice. We also have other syrups popular with children.
This welcome service is available in the lounge after check-in. Furthermore, you can experience the fun of making it yourself in a self-service style.
Available daily from 15:00 to 17:00, limited to the period from Wednesday, July 1 to Monday, August 31. Please enjoy this special item that adds a cool touch to your summer moments.

Free Summer Outdoor Experience at Karuizawa Sky Park
The area known as "Karuizawa Snow Park" during the ski season transforms into "Karuizawa Sky Park" during the green season, offering new attractions.
This location is filled with natural beauty, featuring clear air, the majestic Mount Asama, and a starry sky at night. Enjoy a variety of activities in the rich nature during the day, and gaze at the stars in the quiet night, experiencing special moments throughout the day. Time spent with family and friends is a luxurious, relaxing time. Create memories that can only be made here in the great outdoors.

Kids Park
A spacious area where you can move freely under the blue sky. Take a break in the shade, play on the swings, and relax in nature.
We also have toys for families to enjoy, such as frisbees and badminton, in a safe space for small children.
