Karakuri Develops Domestic AI to Automate PC Tasks Just by Recording Videos - Proving 200 Hours of Annual Task Reduction at Contact Centers

Karakuri Inc. has developed an AI application that automates PC tasks simply by recording a video of the operation. In a proof-of-concept experiment at TENTIAL's customer support center, the tool achieved a reduction of approximately 200 hours of manual work per year. The application combines Google's LLM 'Gemini' to generate manuals and Karakuri's proprietary domestic vision-language model 'KARAKURI VL2' to autonomously execute operations. It allows anyone to automate tasks in 3 simple steps without coding skills.
