The 36th installment, supervised by Ginza Kagari—one of Ginza’s most celebrated chicken flavor specialists—faithfully recreates the shop’s signature chicken white broth ramen. The broth is carefully simmered from chicken bones and meat, layered with chicken oil, and enriched with cream and rock sugar for a rich yet gently sweet depth, resulting in a thick yet refreshingly clean aftertaste.
