Kaopiz Signs MOU with Singapore's QuantumTX in Preventive Healthcare Technology

Kaopiz Holdings (hereinafter referred to as Kaopiz), a Vietnamese IT software development company, signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Singapore's QuantumTX Pte. Ltd. on May 29, 2026, at the 'Vietnam-Singapore Technology Collaboration Forum' held in Singapore. This agreement marks the first step in a strategic collaboration aimed at jointly developing next-generation preventive healthcare solutions to address the rapidly progressing global aging population.

The MOU was signed by Kaopiz Holdings CEO Le Van Hoang and QuantumTX CEO Ivan Goh at the Raffles City Convention Centre in Singapore, in the presence of Singapore's Minister for Manpower and Minister-in-charge of Energy, Science and Technology, Tan See Leng, and Vietnam's General Secretary and President, To Lam.

The forum was co-organized by Vietnam's Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Science and Technology, Ministry of Finance, VSIP, and Enterprise Singapore, and was held as part of an official visit to Singapore. It served as a high-level platform bringing together government officials, research institutions, and businesses from both countries to promote cooperation in science, technology, innovation, and sustainable development.

■ Collaboration Details – Strategic Partnership in Preventive Healthcare Technology

This collaboration combines QuantumTX's proprietary muscle and mitochondrial activation technology, 'MitoCharge,' with Kaopiz's proven track record in medical software development and IoT engineering. MitoCharge is a technology that delivers physiological effects equivalent to exercise without physical strain.

The companies will jointly develop personalized health solutions, including IoT device control software, health data collection and processing platforms, mobile applications, and remote device management systems.
