Osaka International Airport to Host "ITAMI Tohoku Festival 2026"

Kansai Airports Co., Ltd. is pleased to announce that it will hold the "ITAMI Tohoku Festival 2026" at Osaka International Airport on Saturday, June 13th, and Sunday, June 14th, 2026.

The purpose of this event is to collaborate with the Tohoku regions served by flights to Osaka International Airport and to promote the appeal of these regions to airport users. The venue will feature PR booths by participating municipalities, introducing unique local characteristics and highlights such as specialty products and tourist destinations. Furthermore, the event will include symbolic Tohoku region activities, such as experiencing traditional performing arts, allowing visitors to immerse themselves in regional culture and charm. We aim to create an opportunity for visitors to learn more about the attractions of these destinations, thereby increasing their interest and anticipation for their next trip.

The Kansai Airports Group will continue to create events that customers can enjoy, striving to deliver the charm of airports and their served destinations to as many people as possible.
