Supervised by Japanese cuisine chefs, our development team conducted extensive research to create an original recipe crab vinegar that pairs well with the authentic crab-like flavor of “Hobo Kani®.” Instead of commonly used rice vinegar, we use rich, full-bodied black vinegar, combined with bonito and kelp dashi, to achieve a mellow and deep flavor. While suppressing acidity, the strong umami of the dashi is effectively brought out, designed to further enhance the inherent crab flavor of “Hobo Kani®.” It is a supporting item that has maintained its unchanged taste since its launch, supported by many customers, and backs “Hobo Kani®.”
