During the event period, themed around "Oshi Katsu" (activities to support one's favorite), we will offer experience events and limited-time projects to help you discover your own favorite honey, or "Oshi Mitsu," while enjoying the individuality and charm of honey. We have prepared plans that allow you to enjoy honey more deeply, such as honey harvesting experiences, honey mornings, and mead-making classes.

A very important anniversary for beekeepers, celebrated annually. It is a commemorative day when honey takes center stage, with various honey-related events held across Japan. In 1985, the Japan Beekeeping Honey Association and the All Japan Honey Cooperative established this day based on the Japanese wordplay of "8 (hachi)" and "3 (mitsu)".

1 Honey Hunter and Honey Extraction Experience "I Love It So Much I'll Harvest It Myself♡"
Challenge a "honey harvesting experience" with a honey hunter!
Learn how honey collected by bees is harvested.
You can experience the world of creating your "Oshi Mitsu" while actually extracting honey.

At this event, we will enjoy comparing meads from Kyoto Honey Wine Brewery while learning about the differences in honey and the passion behind mead production.
