Riso Jitsugyo Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Kita-ku, Osaka City, Osaka Prefecture; Representative Director and President: Shinnosuke Fuse), which operates the ramen restaurant 'Dotonbori Kamukura,' will begin its first-ever back-office new graduate recruitment for students graduating in 2028.
In conjunction with this, we will launch a business practice program for 2028 graduates this year, aimed at developing next-generation leaders. In this program, former Starbucks HR and former USJ marketing general managers, who are leading the rapidly growing Riso Jitsugyo Group centered around 'Dotonbori Kamukura,' will specially impart business know-how based on their overwhelming practical experience in driving organizations. We promise to maximize professional growth, looking ahead to future careers.
Background of the First Back-Office New Graduate Recruitment
Riso Jitsugyo Group has continued to grow rapidly since fiscal year 2022, when the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic subsided. In fiscal year 2025, the group's consolidated sales exceeded 22.8 billion yen, marking four consecutive years of record-high sales.
Against the backdrop of this rapid growth, we aim to realize a high-density 'back-office' with a select few highly qualified individuals to support the foundation of our organization. As core members to play a part in this, we have decided to begin the group's first back-office new graduate recruitment, directly supervised by the management team. We are seeking individuals who wish to acquire business skills and marketing methods and enhance their market value by participating in an environment with high discretion and a select few in the accelerating phase of a super-growth company.
Directly connected to recruitment under direct management! Launch of the 2028 graduate business practice program (internship)
Under the guidance of the marketing director (CMO) who generated record-high profits at USJ, and the HR director (CHRO) who established recruitment, education systems, and branding at Starbucks, Riso Jitsugyo Group allows first-year employees to lead projects with significant discretion. Through this practical environment, we maximize professional growth.
This 3-day program, aimed at recruiting the first batch of new graduates, is not just about frameworks or work experience. To nurture new employees into individuals who can change the industry, it will be a 'business practice itself,' where management directly explains scientific know-how and provides feedback. We offer three days that will be a breakthrough in your career, where you can learn universal know-how behind an organization that overturns common sense and continues to update record-high sales, directly from pioneers in each field, and experience overwhelming growth by creating business with your own hands.
