2025年11月，角上魚類寺泊本店販售的「四色丼」（含稅價1200日圓），在「Tokubai 美食總選舉2025」（由Kufu Company, Inc.主辦）的觀光部門中，榮獲了光榮的最高金賞。為紀念此一創舉，角上魚類所有店鋪限期一個月販售四色丼。

原本這就是一款在新潟縣寺泊本店限定販售、年銷約27,000份(*1)的熱門商品，但獲獎後人氣更是爆炸性成長，儘管是期間限定販售，全店總計仍創下超過13萬7,600份的銷售佳績。(*2)
