Theme is 'Exploration': Wonder Festival 2026 [Summer] Kicks Off with Dealer List and Latest Info

The Wonder Festival Executive Committee / Kaiyodo Co., Ltd. has released the latest information for the world's largest modeling and figure festival, 'Wonder Festival 2026 [Summer]' (to be held on July 26, 2026).

Starting with the first public reveal of the key visual, the list of exhibiting dealers and ticket information (sales starting sequentially from May 22) are now available on the special website.

Wonder Festival (hereafter 'WonFes') is an event where about 30,000 people participate each time, gathering modeling fans from home and abroad. This summer again, a wide variety of modeled works and creators will gather at Makuhari Messe.

First Reveal of the Key Visual
The theme for 2026 [Summer] is 'Exploration'. WonFes official characters 'Wanda-chan', 'Reset-chan', and 'Cut-kun' appear in the key visual dressed in exploration gear.
The visual depicts the characters stepping out into an unknown world in search of the works of the exhibiting dealers, treating them as 'hidden treasures'.
'In search of hidden treasures, to Makuhari Messe!'. We hope that visitors will also take a step into the 'exploration' of modeling this summer.

Manga artist and illustrator. Born in 1960. From Tokyo. In addition to manga and illustration production, he handles CG animation production, and has been involved in programs such as Fuji TV's 'Ugo Ugo Ruga', and NHK's 'Nandemo Q', 'Minna no Uta', and 'Okaasan to Issho'. Currently, he is also active as a manga creator and an anime and game character designer. He also holds solo exhibitions several times a year.

Dealer List Published
WonFes is attended by many creators, regardless of whether they are professionals, amateurs, individuals, or companies. For 2026 [Summer], over 2,000 dealers are scheduled to exhibit. A wide variety of models, such as one-of-a-kind garage kits and prototype figures before release, will line the venue.

Ticket Information (Sales Starting Sequentially from May 22)
WonFes offers various types of admission tickets. On Friday, May 22, and Friday, May 29, we will begin accepting lottery applications for various priority admission tickets, and advance admission tickets will be on sale from Friday, June 5.
Advance admission tickets are available in categories A to C by admission start time, from the perspective of congestion alleviation, safety measures, and heat countermeasures. A U22 discount is set for each category, and elementary school students and younger are admitted free of charge (guardian accompaniment required). Please use this opportunity to make summer vacation memories by visiting with your family.
We continue to offer advantageous afternoon discount admission tickets, which have restricted admission times. Please choose according to your visitation style.

Heat Countermeasure Initiatives
For this event held in midsummer July, we place importance on creating an environment where visitors can enjoy themselves with peace of mind. We will implement various heat countermeasures again this year.

Participation in the project by appliance brand 'Shark' (SharkNinja Operating LLC)
In cooperation with the consumer appliance brand 'Shark' developed by SharkNinja Operating LLC, air conditioning appliances will be installed in the venue. We will prepare an environment where visitors can easily cool down in rest areas and spend their time comfortably.

SharkNinja Operating LLC
SharkNinja is a leading company headquartered in the suburbs of Boston, USA, that develops and provides home appliances focusing on household floor care and kitchen appliances. It landed in Japan in July 2018, and in May 2025, it released the 'Shark® FlexBreeze Cordless Circulator Fan', making its first entry into the electric fan market.

Heat Countermeasures at Admission
For ticket types that involve waiting time before doors open (Priority Admission Tickets, Advance Admission Tickets Categories A & B), we have designed the flow path (planned to go indoors through Hall 1) so that attendees can wait while avoiding the sun as much as possible.
