FiT24 offers "Sta-Sapo" (Start Support) to all members to help them begin their training journey. This service provides lectures on how to use machines, effective training methods, and recommendations based on your concerns, supporting beginners with a personalized curriculum.

4 Free InBody measurements available.

InBody is a body composition analysis device that accurately analyzes muscle mass, body fat mass, body water, mineral content, visceral fat level, and more. It is installed in all our locations, and unlike many other facilities that charge for measurements, members can use it for free as many times as they wish.

5 Receipts can be issued online!

Some 24-hour gyms in the same category can only issue receipts during staffed hours. At FiT24, you can issue receipts anytime, anywhere from your smartphone.
