■Introducing "Private Training Rooms" where you can train at your own pace without worrying about others' eyes

FiT24 Kasukabe Midoricho Store will introduce "Private Training Rooms," which are the second of their kind in FiT24 nationwide, featuring a power rack entirely installed in a private room. A power rack consists of four pillars and is an effective piece of equipment for solo muscle training with high freedom of exercise.

This service allows members to use a private room equipped with a power rack by reservation, providing a space where they can "train at their own pace without worrying about anyone else," which was difficult to achieve in conventional training areas. FiT24 members can experience it for free until the end of May.
