■ Introducing "Private Training Rooms" Where You can Train at Your Own Pace Without Worrying About Others

The FiT24 Kasukabe Midorimachi store will introduce "Private Training Rooms," which feature a whole power rack installed in a private room, making it only the second FiT24 location nationwide to do so. A power rack is a piece of equipment composed of four posts, allowing for a high degree of freedom in exercises and enabling individuals to efficiently perform muscle training on their own.

This service provides a space where you can train at your own pace without being conscious of others, something difficult to achieve in conventional training areas, by allowing members to use a private room equipped with a power rack on a reservation basis. FiT24 members can try it for free until the end of May.
