JPYC Begins Issuance on Kaia Chain

The Kaia DLT Foundation announced that the Japanese Yen stablecoin "JPYC," issued by JPYC Inc., will begin issuance on the Kaia chain. This marks a new chain expansion realized about seven months after JPYC obtained its fund transfer business license. Through this partnership, both companies aim to promote diverse digital financial use cases like remittance, settlement, and on-chain financial services across Asian markets including Korea, Indonesia, Thailand, and Taiwan.
