This product has been available through our online shop and airport stores (Fukuoka Airport, Oita Airport, etc.). As part of an expansion of sales channels, starting sequentially from July 1, 2026 (Wed), it will also be available at select Seijo Ishii stores.
This product is a sesame oil soy sauce for egg over rice, combining Kadoya Sesame Oil's rich and mellow "Pure Sesame Oil" with Fundokin Soy Sauce's sweet and delicious Kyushu soy sauce. Simply by pouring "Sesame Oil Egg Over Rice Soy Sauce" onto egg over rice, you can add the umami and sweetness of soy sauce, along with the aroma and richness of sesame oil, allowing you to enjoy a satisfying dish even on busy mornings. It can be widely used in daily meals, not only for egg over rice but also for natto, cold tofu, salads, and as a seasoning for rolled omelets. We will deliver this new flavor, which utilizes the sweetness unique to Kyushu soy sauce and the aroma of "Pure Sesame Oil," to more customers. 1 Heat frozen udon in the microwave according to package instructions. Rinse under cold water, drain thoroughly, and place in a bowl.
2 Top with tempura flakes, chives, and shredded nori, and place the egg yolk in the center.

Kadoya's Taihaku Sesame Oil・・・A little
[A] Sesame Oil Egg Over Rice Soy Sauce・・・2 tsp
[A] Granulated Japanese Dashi Stock・・・1/4 tsp
[A] Water・・・2 tbsp
Sesame Oil Egg Over Rice Soy Sauce (for grated daikon)・・・A little
1 Crack eggs into a bowl and beat. Add [A] and mix well.
2 Lightly coat a tamagoyaki pan with Kadoya's Taihaku Sesame Oil and heat over medium heat. Pour in 1/3 of the egg mixture from 1. When bubbles form, break them with chopsticks. When half-cooked, roll from the back towards the front.
3 Once rolled, slide it to the back. Lightly coat the pan again with Kadoya's Taihaku Sesame Oil and pour in half of the remaining egg mixture. Cook similarly to 2, and when rolled, slide it to the back. Lightly coat the pan again with Kadoya's Taihaku Sesame Oil and cook the remaining egg mixture in the same way.
4 Remove to a paper towel and shape. Cut into bite-sized pieces.
