## Kadoya's 'Gomatabi' Kitchen Car Tour, which continues to form lines and sell out across Japan, has decided on Kewpie Corporation as its collaboration partner for the final stop in Tokyo!
Kadoya Sesame Mills Co., Ltd. (Location: Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo; President: Junichi Kitagawa), founded in 1858 on Shodoshima Island and dedicated to bringing health and smiles to customers through sesame for 168 years, has been implementing a new project, 'Kadoya no Gomatabi,' since February 20, 2026. Starting from its founding place, Shodoshima, a kitchen car is touring nine cities nationwide, delivering the experience that 'a single drop of genuine sesame oil can open up a new world of deliciousness.'
Now, it has been decided that Kewpie Corporation will be the collaboration partner for the final event in Tokyo. Additionally, the 'Local Limited Soups' to be offered at the latter four venues (Miyagi, Hokkaido, Chiba, and Tokyo) will be unveiled for the first time.
### The 'Kadoya no Gomatabi' tour, continuing to draw lines and sell out across the country, finalizes its Tokyo collaboration with Kewpie Corporation!
'Kadoya no Gomatabi' is a journey to discover the yet unknown deliciousness and uses of genuine sesame oil. By touring the nation with a kitchen car, we are conveying the charm of genuine sesame oil through actual tasting experiences. The events held so far in Fukuoka, Hiroshima, Osaka, and Aichi have been a great success, with lines forming and items selling out within hours of the start of sales. A joyful buzz has been spreading in each location.
And now, Kewpie Corporation has been chosen as the collaboration partner for the final stop of 'Kadoya no Gomatabi' in Tokyo.
This marks a co-creation between two long-standing companies that have supported Japanese food culture: Kewpie, with its 107-year history, and Kadoya Sesame Mills, with its 168-year history. As the culmination of this project, we will deliver an experience that expands the new possibilities of food culture.
The Tokyo event is scheduled to be held for two days on May 1 (Fri) and 2 (Sat), 2026, at the Solamachi Hiroba on the 1st floor of Tokyo Skytree Town®.
As a Tokyo-exclusive menu, we will offer 'Komatsuna and Sesame Oil Mayo Egg Soup.' The fluffy texture of the egg, prepared with 'Kewpie Mayonnaise,' provides a gentle mouthfeel. The fragrant aroma of genuine sesame oil acts as an accent, creating a unique collaborative flavor that leverages the strengths of both companies.
