On February 27, 2026, Jupiter Sangyo Co., Ltd. and Kadotoku Corporation jointly acquired the management rights of Higashi Kagaku Co., Ltd. through a stock transfer. This acquisition, carried out via stock transfer, recognizes Higashi Kagaku's long-standing technology, human resources, operational know-how, and trusted relationships with its customers as extremely important assets for both companies (Jupiter Sangyo and Kadotoku Corporation). We will inherit these values in a stronger form without compromising them.

While inheriting Higashi Kagaku's accumulated technological capabilities, human resources, and quality control system, we will strengthen stable supply, quality improvement, and environmental compliance, thereby moving closer to our dream of 'supporting Japanese manufacturing.'
