Participant voting now possible even in Zoom broadcasts. Real-time voting and tabulation system "Analyzer for Zoom" now available

Kimura Information Technology Co., Ltd. (Head Office: Saga City, Saga Prefecture, President: Takao Kimura, hereinafter "Kimura IT") has launched the real-time voting and tabulation system "Analyzer for Zoom" for hybrid lectures held by pharmaceutical companies.

This service is a system that allows real-time voting and tabulation of participant opinions in hybrid lectures that combine physical venues and Zoom viewing. Zoom viewers can vote simply by participating in Zoom, without the need for cumbersome screen switching or additional app installations.

Background

In recent years, hybrid lectures combining physical venues and online viewing have been increasing for pharmaceutical companies. While our company has previously provided voting and tabulation systems compatible with hybrid events (Note 1), they did not support Zoom. Furthermore, although Zoom itself has a voting function, it was difficult to consolidate opinions from participants at physical venues and display the results simultaneously.

"Analyzer for Zoom," which we are now launching, solves this problem, enabling instant tabulation and display of voting results from both physical venues and Zoom viewers.

This service is a system that allows real-time voting and tabulation from both physical venues and Zoom viewers in hybrid lectures. Zoom viewers can complete voting within the Zoom app without the need for additional app installations.

<Physical Venue>

- Participants access a dedicated website from their own smartphones or PCs to vote

- Vote by pressing buttons on a dedicated keypad (optional)

<Zoom Viewing>

- Voting is completed within the Zoom app (no additional app installation required)

- Voting is possible while viewing the video
