With geopolitical risks higher than ever before, 'unforeseen circumstances' can no longer be dismissed as unexpected for companies with overseas connections. In this webinar, we invite Newton Consulting, experts in BCP countermeasures, to explain '5 Key Issues' in emergencies using the tense situations in the Middle East and Venezuela as model cases in a simulation format.

This content is designed not only for companies with bases in specific regions but for all Japanese companies with overseas travelers or global supply chains. It encourages them to view these risks as their own problems and provides hints for taking concrete countermeasures. How should the site, where information is confusing, and the Japanese headquarters collaborate to protect employees' lives and business? We will deliver practical principles that can be applied regardless of the region.

*5 Key Issues:
1. Ensuring the safety and confirming the well-being of overseas bases and travelers
2. Evacuation of expatriates to outside the country or sheltering in place
3. Crisis communication between the local site and headquarters
4. Decisions on business scaling down or continuation
5. Methods of gathering crisis information and peacetime preparedness
