What is White Company Certification?

Based on surveys of over 1,000 companies, 70 questions were created for corporate whitening. These 70 questions are divided into 7 categories (Business Model/Productivity, Flexible Work Styles, Health Management, Human Resource Development/Work Engagement, Diversity & Inclusion, Risk Management, Labor Law Compliance), and certification is granted by confirming the presence or absence of initiatives.

Among Japanese certification organizations, only the White Company Certification comprehensively judges and evaluates personnel systems and initiatives, not just individual efforts.
