This certification evaluates corporate initiatives across seven key pillars, including health management, flexible work styles, and diversity. To pass the screening, companies must demonstrate a consistent commitment to evolving their labor environments to meet modern social values. As of May 2026, approximately 668 companies have earned this distinction for their superior organizational culture.
