The Japan Next Generation Enterprise Promotion Organization (White Foundation) has awarded the 'White Company Certification' to NSI Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Osaka, Osaka Prefecture; Representative Director: Hitoshi Ishikawa), a company providing community-based services centered on swimming schools, effective March 1, 2026. In an era where being a 'trusted company' is paramount, businesses are increasingly required to provide essential values such as 'peace of mind' and 'trust.' In this context, the foundation focused on the company's commitment to creating an environment that supports children's growth and family peace of mind, while valuing community connections under its philosophy of 'Safety and Security' and 'Everything for the Customer.' The White Company Certification is the only comprehensive corporate evaluation system in Japan. It targets companies that are 'supported by families and society and worth leaving to the next generation,' rather than simply being 'not a black company.' The evaluation is based on 70 strict criteria, including business models, talent development, flexible work styles, diversity, health management, and labor law compliance. As of March 2026, a total of 650 companies have received this certification. The foundation highlighted NSI's organizational structure where talent development and business operations are integrated. By ensuring that every coach is aware of their role in the service industry, the company has built a system to nurture 'versatile talent.' Furthermore, the company's virtuous cycle of building trust through service quality and community engagement was highly evaluated as a sustainable growth model. Representative Ishikawa stated, 'We want to remain a company that supports human growth together with the local community. It is essential that each employee continues to grow as a trusted individual. We believe this accumulation leads to being a company that the community continues to need.'
