“wa-syu” Collaborates with Kitakamakura “Kyoku” at Isetan Shinjuku’s “Wines of the World Exhibition”! Proposing Japanese Wine and Inari Sushi Pairings While Interacting with Producers

June Co., Ltd. (Head Office: Minato-ku, Tokyo, President: Susumu Sasaki), which operates the select shop “wa-syu” that proposes the enjoyment of Japanese wine, will exhibit at the “Wines of the World Exhibition” held at Isetan Shinjuku from July 14 (Tue) to July 20 (Mon, holiday), 2026.

The “wa-syu” booth, which has exhibited annually since 2022, has enlivened the Japanese wine corner of the “Wines of the World Exhibition” by inviting producers from wineries across the country as guests. In 2026, “wa-syu” will recreate its regularly held “Kakuuchi Japanese Wine” event at the Bar corner. During the event, nine special guests from wineries will visit on a rotating basis! You can casually enjoy Japanese wines selected by wa-syu and collaboration wines with wineries while hearing explanations directly from the producers. Purchases are, of course, also possible! This time, a special limited-edition menu created by “Kyoku (曲),” a specialty inari sushi shop in Kitakamakura, Kanagawa, will be prepared. Kyoku’s artisans will carefully finish each one on the spot upon order.

Please enjoy a new sense of pairing with inari sushi, born from a thorough pursuit of compatibility with Japanese wine.
