Rose Hotel Yokohama (77 Yamashita-cho, Naka-ku, Yokohama / General Manager: Kazuki Watanabe) will host the gourmet event "ROSE HOTEL YOKOHAMA GOURMET SUMMIT 2026" for three days from September 23 (Wed), 24 (Thu), and 25 (Fri), 2026.

From Yokohama Chinatown, a town rich in food culture, we aim to deliver nights where exquisite drinks nurtured by sake breweries and wineries from Japan and abroad resonate with the cuisine of Rose Hotel Yokohama and Chugoku Hanten. This event, built on that aspiration, has been supported by many customers and will celebrate its 7th year.

The first day features "Kokuryu," a renowned sake born from the pure water and refined techniques of the Echizen region. The second day will be accompanied by the elegant aroma of "La Clarte de Haut-Brion," born from the sensibility of Prince Robert of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. On the final day, "Champagne Frerejean Frères," with its delicate bubbles and noble aftertaste, will brilliantly color the finale of the Gourmet Summit.

Rose Hotel Yokohama Chef Toshiki Yamakawa and Chugoku Hanten Head Chef Ichimei Chen have prepared exquisite menus to complement each renowned beverage. Please enjoy three luxurious nights where fine drinks and gourmet cuisine harmonize.

DAY1 September 23, 2026 (Wed)

Pure umami, Fukui's Kokuryu. A new frontier in Chinese cuisine guided by a noble aftertaste. A performance of renowned sake and techniques spun by Chugoku Hanten's Executive Chef Ichimei Chen, accompanied by music.

A special lineup will be available, including the current vintage of the precious "Shizuku" and special back vintages from the cellar, guided by Naoto Mizuno, the representative and eighth-generation brewery owner. In the latter half of the dinner, there will also be a performance by "Mystic Waters" led by Mr. Kimijima.

A magnificent evening to savor a vertical tasting of four vintages of "La Clarte," the pearl of Bordeaux born from Prince Robert of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, and Haut-Brion in double magnum.

Enjoy a pairing French dinner by Chef Yamakawa at The Rose Residence, nestled on the hill of Yamate, while Jérémie Roumegoux navigates the charm of Bordeaux Blanc and the grand history of Haut-Brion.

A Champagne Gala Dinner to savor "Frerejean Frères," an emerging Champagne house inheriting the lineage of the prestigious Taittinger family.

The gala dinner cuisine to accompany the splendid Champagne will be a one-night-only course menu, a marriage of Chugoku Hanten's Chinese cuisine and Rose Hotel Yokohama's French cuisine. Enjoy with five types of Champagne selected by owner Rodolphe Frerejean Taittinger.
